The suite was clean and modern, with very comfortable beds. The rooftop lounge offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. However, the parking area felt a bit cramped and could use more space, while the security measures, though necessary, added an extra step that felt slightly cumbersome. Dining options were limited, lacking variety and authenticity that I had hoped for.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the spacious layout of our suite and the fresh, lovely scent that greeted us every time we walked in. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and we also made great use of the comfy lounge area. One tiny hiccup was the delay in getting an extra blanket, but it didn't ruin our good vibes at all! 😊

Great stay, but check your bill!
I had a fab time! The staff was super friendly, especially in the lounge area where I chill. But check-out was a hassle. They charged me more than quoted, and my bill was all messed up. Kinda ruined the vibe at the end. Other than that, really enjoyed my stay!

Springhill Suites offered a great experience overall. The location near the Stockyards was fantastic for exploring. I appreciated the clean suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were really comfy. The rooftop bar had amazing views and the atmosphere was lively in the evenings. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good selection. On the downside, I had issues with room cleaning. it seemed they only cleaned on certain days, so I had to ask for towels. I also found that communication with the staff could be improved. some requests took longer than expected. Despite these hiccups, my stay was enjoyable and I would revisit.
